vtkInteractorStyleJoystickCamera Allows interactive definition of a plane by manipulating a vtkPlane's parameters. The center of the plane is hot. The center provides rotation (left mouse button), XY translation relative to camera (middle), and translation along camera's view-plane normal (right).
